Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Utilize ProCore and Primavera for project management and tracking.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Supervise on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management and excavation.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in the construction industry.
- Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial oversight of construction projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively use GPS to help complete projects
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
