The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in clearing and dirt excavation, and the ability to work effectively both in the field and in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid and Estimator Preparation: Prepare comprehensive bid packages and estimate costs for upcoming projects, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
- Construction Contract Familiarity: Support the field with details of contracts for clarity of scope and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in clearing and dirt excavation projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software and familiarity with construction estimation tools. Experience flying drones for job site data collection is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks, track project progress, and generate accurate reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, engineers, and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues before they arise and offer solutions to keep projects on track.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor job sites, and to operate drone and other equipment as necessary.
