- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
- Guest Satisfaction:
- Prioritize and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, implementing solutions, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent guest service.
- Departmental Coordination:
- Coordinate with various departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Monitoring:
