About Us :

The DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown is in the heart of Asheville, within walking distance of shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Orange Peel and Rabbit Rabbit music venues, River Arts District, and Harrah’s Cherokee Center are less than a mile away. The Role :

As a Valet Attendant , you’re not just parking cars – you’re setting the tone for our guests’ stay by providing a seamless and courteous arrival experience. This position includes base pay plus cash tips.

What You'll Do :

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting, creating a positive first impression.
Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it's handled with care and delivered promptly to their room.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles, maintaining a well-organized valet area.
Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions upon request.
Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with the front desk to ensure a smooth arrival process.
Keep accurate records of vehicles and ensure their security during the stay.

Your Skills and Style :

Your hospitality shines through – you thrive on making guests feel welcome and valued.

Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor are your trademarks.

Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

You must have a clean drivers’ license with at least 2 years driving experience on a full license and the ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.

Attention to detail ensures the safe handling of guests' vehicles and belongings.

Physical fitness and the ability to lift luggage are part of your skill set.

A flexible schedule is your ally, as valet services operate around the clock.
