As a team member of this new hotel, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up. This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
The Role :
As a Valet Attendant , you’re not just parking cars – you’re setting the tone for our guests’ stay by providing a seamless and courteous arrival experience. This is a seasonal position through November. Valet Attendants earn cash tips in addition to their hourly base pay.
What You'll Do :
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it's handled with care and delivered promptly to their room.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests' vehicles, maintaining a well-organized valet area.
- Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions upon request.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the front desk to ensure a smooth arrival process.
- Keep accurate records of vehicles and ensure their security during the stay.
