Human Resources Coordinator

DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent. Additionally, you will be instrumental in implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, and coordinating training programs.

$48,000 - $52,000 yearly

• Coordinate orientation and Hilton training sessions for new employees
• Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, background checks, etc.) in both paper and the database, ensuring all employment requirements are met
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by creating and managing online job postings, short listing candidates, and scheduling job interviews
• Plan and execute property events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations
• Assist with HR projects, like collection of employee feedback and annual reviews
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
• Answer benefits-related questions from employees
• Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
• Assist with all other duties assigned

• Hilton experience preferred
• 2 years of human resources or administrative experience
• Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
• Ability to demonstrate an elevated level of judgment and discretion
• Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
• Strong ability to multitask and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the USA

DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is a 156-room full-service hotel located in the Riverview Square development, steps from Austin Peay State University and FM Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. It will comfortably accommodate groups of up to 250, and the meeting space features two ballrooms, a boardroom, and a breakout space, as well as an outdoor terrace. Our dining options boast elevated casual cuisine and weekend brunch, and private dining space will be available.
