As a Part-Time Front Desk Agent at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Hot Springs, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. You will use your front desk operations skills and hotel experience to manage guest check-ins, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Check-ins & Reservations: Efficiently manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries using hotel software.
- Hospitality Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of hospitality management to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to assist guests with needs and provide helpful information.
- Multilingual Abilities: If applicable, use your multilingual skills to assist guests from diverse backgrounds and enhance their stay.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred. Hilton-branded hotel experience is a plus.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team while contributing positively to the work environment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends, as well as mornings and evenings.
- Physical: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
