Responsibilities
- Set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene practices and guidelines.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for any guest transactions or special requests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations as needed.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-stocked throughout the breakfast service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in bussing tables or working in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in hotel or banquet settings is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
