Your Nightly Mission:
As a Night Audit Associate, you will:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests.
- Ensure readiness for your shift, adhering to uniform standards.
- Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries throughout the night.
- Handle overnight reservations and adjustments using the hotel operating system.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook to maintain communication with daytime staff.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue during the night.
- Analyze and apply insights from nightly reports to improve operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to support guests’ overnight needs.
- Uphold and champion the brand standards during the quieter hours.
- Keep the front desk organized and prepared for the next day.
- Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance the nocturnal guest and staff experience.
Qualifications for the Night Shift:
- Ability to remain alert and stand for up to 8 hours during the night shift.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a low-light environment.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept time management.
