YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Your day will revolve around being the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers. You will start your day by checking emails in Gmail and scheduling service calls to ensure everyone is informed and prepared. You will answer incoming calls promptly, using the approved company greeting, and book appointments with accuracy and care. When technicians are delayed, you will notify clients and reschedule their appointments to their satisfaction.
As the day progresses, you will continue monitoring email, organizing Club Membership appointments, and filling scheduling gaps to keep the team efficient. You will communicate seamlessly with field technicians and office staff using Google Workspace tools to manage calendars, documents, and internal communications.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan
- Competence with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
An associate's degree is preferred. Bilingual skills and familiarity with Slack or Hiver are a plus but not required. Plumbing, heating, or construction experience is also helpful but not required.
