Actively lead and direct the FOH team to provide outstanding service to satisfy all guests. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards and scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the restaurant. Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members to support their personal growth and development. Supports the execution of marketing plans to promote sales and profits Assist in the forecast, and achievement of restaurant quarterly, annual sales goals, and budgets.
