We are now looking to fill the role of HR Manager(On-site) to join our team and support the rapidly growing need of the company. You will work directly and closely with the internal HR team and upper management to create a positive work environment that fosters professional growth and development. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Emphasize Employee Relations (ER) and State Compliance : Focus on fostering positive employee relations while ensuring adherence to state-specific labor laws and regulations. Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with the management team to understand business objectives, identify HR needs, and implement strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure Legal Compliance : Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies and practices to reflect changes in legal and recommended best practices. Advisor to Leadership : Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on key organizational and management issues. Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR team to effectively support business operations. HR Process Management : Develop and oversee HR practices and processes covering employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance. Performance Management Support : Provide managers with tools and guidance to ensure effective coaching, counseling, career development, and appropriate disciplinary actions. Mission Alignment : Contribute to achieving organizational goals by delivering measurable HR results and outcomes as required. Requirements, Skills , and Abilities Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS), minimum four years of human resources experience preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, or similar HR leadership role. PHR or similar HR certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Food / Restaurant Industry experience is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment Job Type : Full-Time, In-Person Pay : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
