We are looking for an Office Assistant who can also assist with marketing and business development tasks including assistance with filling forms associated with procurements, data entry and other general administrative tasks. The Office Assistant provides administrative support for multiple departments. This position handles the clerical needs of the project including gathering and transmitting documents to various locations. Please note that this is a temporary part-time position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail with focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work successfully in a team setting and keep a positive attitude
- Experiences with maintaining office operations
- Must be able to follow directions, and work as a team
- Must hold a valid driver’s license since this position requires driving.
- Ability to lift over 30lb
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination, including receiving, stocking, and stacking incoming and outgoing mails, packages for office.
- Assist with daily office administration functions, i,e: gift cards preparation and delivery, office moving.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, recordkeeping, copying, mailing, and filing
- Manage promotional product ordering, pick up and delivery to various locations
- Take initiatives and stay proactive
- Maintain and order office supplies, report to accounting team
- Keep the office area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Temporary, Part-time
Schedule: Weekday, up to 25 hours per week
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
