We are seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new attorney looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and post-decree issues.
- Provide compassionate counsel to clients during emotionally charged and complex family law matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in court, at mediation, and in settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with shareholder attorneys and paralegals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Conduct legal research and stay current on Minnesota family law changes.
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications :
Comfort with alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and Early Neutral Evaluations (SENE / FENE).
