- Assist the Customer Service department by answering phones, opening mail, taking payments, handling cash, processing service orders, and performing data entry.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A high school diploma or GED, and completing at least one year of postsecondary education at an accredited trade school, college, or university.
