Position Summary
The Facilities Coordinator manages building and grounds maintenance for the District’s East Wenatchee
Headquarters location, as well as coordinates and oversees facilities related construction projects. This position
provides direct supervision of facilities and grounds staff and contractors.

Position Summary
The Facilities Coordinator manages building and grounds maintenance for the District’s East Wenatchee

Essential Functions
- Coordinate, oversee, and manage repair and maintenance work performed by District staff and/or
- Coordinate construction projects and manage related contracts for East Wenatchee headquarters
budgetary constraints.
- Manage, direct, and evaluate facilities personnel and manage contractor relationships.
- Perform regular building and grounds inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Work with the Purchasing Department to obtain and review price quotes for the procurement of parts,
- Establish annual contracts with qualified contractors for building and equipment services, i.e. window
- Respond to calls regarding emergency situations and issues that may occur during normal business hours
- Assist in preparing facilities capital and expense budgets.
- Maintain all aspects of the District’s pool vehicles including scheduling of preventative maintenance and
vehicles.
- Responsible for the District’s fueling contract and fuel card issuing and reporting at East Wenatchee
- Arrange maintenance and servicing of District owned electric vehicle charging stations.
