Responsibilities
- Oversees all day-to-day operations of the agency.
- Ensures that the Director of Clinical Services / Clinical Manager who provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel is available during operating hours.
- Recommend new programs and processes to enhance and improve operations.
- Develop annual budgets and monitors revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints, including analysis of monthly financials.
- Assess market potential and develops annual agency business plans.
- Coordinate activities with management team and participates in community / professional organizations to increase agency visibility and ensure the achievement of agency and financial goals.
- Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume / mix, competition and operational costs / requirements.
