We are in search of an Operations Manager who is looking for a long-term job and room to grow with one of Douglas Elliman's top producing teams, The Gulker Team. This important role provides our team with administrative assistance, outstanding customer service, marketing and social media support, and effective communication with the team, clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has attention to detail, superb organization skills, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in NYC Real Estate transactions and/or operations management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Daily administrative tasks related to real estate transactions to increase office productivity and ensure functional operations.
- Organize files and documents related to real estate transactions to maintain convenient accessibility.
- Create marketing materials in collaboration with the team leader.
- Facilitate board package applications from initiation to completion.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, clients and other industry professionals.
- Occasionally show properties.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Tech-Savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and social media platforms)
- Experience in Real Estate administrative assistance is a plus.
- An ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a busy environment.
- NYS Real Estate License preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
