Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the office daily
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage communications, schedules, deliveries, inventory, vendors, and events
- Provide assistance to customers and agents
- Process listings and closings using our digital platform
- Offer light orientation and training to agents
- Marketing and social media experience is a plus
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; InDesign experience is a benefit
- Knowledge of MLS systems for entering and editing listings
- General knowledge of the real estate industry
Job Details:
