The 2025-26 salary scale has not yet been negotiated. Position is for the 2025-26 school year, contingent on the States guidance providing approval to start the sport program and may be prorated if the program is delayedQUALIFICATIONSMust be able to plan, organize and execute practicesAbility to guide and motivate student athletesMonitor safety of all participants and follow safety protocolsDevelop the fundamentals of cheerleadingSupervise student athletes to, at and from eventsAbility to communicate with school personnel, student athletes, and parentsIncrease athletic participation in the programMaintain equipment and inventoryCoordinate with the athletic director and others for facility usage REQUIREMENTSMust have or be able to obtain a coaching certificate and First Aid/CPR card.Must pass the safety certification for coaching cheerleading on the OSAA website.
