Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Greet guest and provide a thorough consultation
- Provide massage and body treatment services to guests, as listed in the service menu
- Assist in retail recommendations
- Responsible for meeting salon/department benchmarks for retail sales and guest servicing/retention
- Complete and maintain continuing education requirements
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State of MI Massage Therapist License required
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Superior guest servicing skills
- Experience with Aveda products and services a plus
- Polished, professional image, consistent with the Douglas J Image Principle
- Must be able to work a structured schedule that may include evenings and Saturdays
