Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Conduct Engaging Career Planning Sessions: Lead individual and group admissions appointments, including campus tours and comprehensive overviews of program specifics, fees, class dates, and admission requirements.
- Assess Prospective Students: Evaluate and determine acceptance for applicants, ensuring they align with our student expectations.
- Collaborate with the Campus Team: Work closely with the Financial Aid Officer, Student Services, Campus Director, and Intro Educator to provide a seamless enrollment experience.
- Maintain Ongoing Communication: Regularly follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and text to keep them informed and engaged.
- Implement Nurturing Plans: Execute weekly and monthly plans to keep prospects and enrolled students engaged until their classes commence.
- Facilitate Enrollment Agreements: Schedule and conduct enrollment agreement signings, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed, in collaboration with Financial Aid.
- Manage Recruitment Records: Create and maintain student records in the student database to track progress and interactions.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred, Admissions experience a bonus!
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Friendly and engaging, with relationship-building skills.
- Creative problem solver with a professional, polished image.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work weekdays & Saturdays
