Position Overview
The Operations Parking Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of all operational activities assigned to them. The Operations Parking Manager assures courteous and efficient delivery of service to parking customers. Responsible for sound financial operations and procedures to maintain and increase revenues and minimize expenses of normal operations to maximize the bottom line and operate at peak efficiency. Effectively reports to higher-level managers of any issues, suggestions, and problem solutions.

This position will be based out of Hapeville GA.
Schedule
Base working schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, however, all managers are required to modify the schedule as needed to appropriately oversee their assigned operations. Occasional evening, early morning, and weekend work may be required.

Responsibility and Job Scope
- Maintain an active relationship with the Regional Manager, providing regular facility updates and recommendations.
- Provide proactive guidance and consulting on all field operations
- Participating in daily/weekly meetings.
- Training and coaching staff daily. Ensuring compliance with company policies and rules.
- Oversee staffing and schedules for all parking staff that meet the demand for traffic needs; will adjust as required to assure coverage and operational needs.
- Manage operational process improvements related to parking valet and the staff shuttle services for the location
- Identify all existing and potential operational problems and make appropriate recommendations. Inspect and recommend improvements to upgrade the appearance and cleanliness of all facilities.
- Inspect the facilities with an emphasis on cleanliness, and the appearance of attendants and identify and report any safety issues.
- Perform other functions and duties as required for the safe and efficient operation of the account as assigned by the Regional Manager and the client.
- Fill shift vacancies occurring during normal operating hours because of employees calling in sick or failing to report as scheduled.
- Must have the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (stick shift).
- Handle any procedural violation or possible theft uncovered because of a field audit, which is to result in disciplinary action against the offending employee or employees.
- Maintain all equipment, keeping it operating at peak efficiency and troubleshooting any malfunctions, performing repairs where necessary.
- Familiarity with technology (computer literate and radio etiquette)
- Maintain all signage daily.
- Maintain responsive communication with all clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Solid line reporting to the Regional Manager.
