We are looking for a Patient Transportation Scheduler.
General Duties

Schedules appointments and arranges transportation for Residents.

Escorts residents to appointments, including beauty shop, activities, church services, and participates in activities and functions as directed.

Performs as a CNA on the unit; Answers resident call lights promptly and courteously.

Passes supplements, snacks, and fluids to residents per protocol and schedule and verifies consumption.
Other duties as assigned
Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstances. Performs other work duties as assigned.
