What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waitstaff position at DOUGS DAY DINER?
Doug's Diner in Boulder, CO is looking for server/waitstaff to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 2574 Baseline Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
HIRING WAITERS/WAITSTAFF/SERVERS:
Doug's Diner Boulder is part of locally owned and operated company that has been doing business in Colorado for under two decades with new ownership since 2010. Boulder's location has been operating for 7 years in Boulder. With us recently moving to our new BASEMAR SHOPPING CENTER location in March of 2022. Our new location has elevated new menu offerings, specifically for the Boulder Location, as well as new alcoholic beverages to entice guests taste buds. We are looking for team members who:
-Flexibility to work from breakfast, lunch, and dinner
-Must be able to work weekends
- Dedicated to providing a great guest experience, while delivering value, friendly service, and making money for the store and yourself.
- Willing to learn all menu items and take a test on such
-Be willing to be TIPPS certified or are TIPPS Certified
- Demonstrates and promotes Teamwork environment
As a Doug's Team Member, you can expect to be:
-Paid bi-weekly. At least 11.40 an hour plus tips. (On average Full-Time Servers are making 1000 plus every two weeks.)
- CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY AND THANKSGIVING DAY
