As the housekeeping supervisor, you will:
- manage, lead, mentor, and evaluate daily tasks and job performance of housekeeping and laundry employees
- develop, adjust, and maintain work schedules
- provide assistance to residents, families, and visitors
- ensure the facility maintains a clean and sanitary environment, consistent with facility and department standards, as well as state and federal regulations
- hire and train new employees
- coordinate ordering and distribution of supplies
Required Qualifications
- applicants must be 18 years of age
- previous supervisory or leadership experience
- previous experience in housekeeping and / or laundry is preferred
