Dove Healthcare is looking for an experienced biller with strong attention to detail and mentoring skills to become our Regional Director of Accounts Receivable. This position will support Dove Healthcare's 11 skilled nursing facilities throughout Wisconsin.
As the Regional Director of Billing and Accounts Receivable, you will:
- oversee team of experienced billers
- develop and mentor new and existing billing personnel,
- monitor aging reports,
- assist in collection process, and
- complete biller tasks, as needed
Required Qualifications:
- minimum 5 years of previous experience with skilled nursing and assisted living billing process
- proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC)
- evidence of leadership, integrity, and initiative
- effective problem solving and communication skills
- strong organization skills
- travel throughout Wisconsin is required
