Work closely with leadership to oversee a smooth, effective sales process that drives growth, with a focus on three key areas :

  • Collaborate with growth leaders and customer relationship executives to support strategic business development efforts, establish and manage forums to exchange ideas, and radiate best practices to the broader organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of the sales team.
  • Plan review sessions for senior leadership and growth organization to discuss key pursuits and programs.

Increase Productivity :

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales processes, streamline and optimize the sales process, and implement sales automation tools.
  • Utilize data to perform root cause analysis and inform actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and tech-enablement of key steps in the sales process.
  • Support sales strategic planning, budgeting, and administration processes.
  • Support CREs in strategic account planning.
  • Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly / annual commission process.

    What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to define and manage initiatives and communicate progress to build stakeholder buy-in.
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience, including sales, training, and / or project management.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • What Would Be Nice To Have :

    Prefer in-depth knowledge of the sales process for advisory, digital, and managed services to commercial and public sector clients.
