Director of Information Technology
JOB SUMMARY :
The Information Technology Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT
operations, implementing new technologies, ensuring cybersecurity, and optimizing our business processes through technological innovation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical additives, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership
Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
Lead and manage the IT department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
2. Infrastructure Management
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. Ensure high availability and reliability of network, server, and storage systems. Manage the company's data centers and cloud services.
3. Cybersecurity
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company and customer data.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
4. System and Application Management
Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.).
Ensure seamless integration and performance of IT systems across both manufacturing locations.
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
5. Project Management
Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Use project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalize projects.
6. Support and Maintenance
Ensure the provision of high-quality IT support services to all staff and departments. Oversee the development and maintenance of IT support policies and procedures.
Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
