In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials through our manufacturing process. This includes loading and unloading materials, conveying materials using hand trucks or forklifts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines using material lifting devices.
- Conveying materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other devices as directed by the production supervisor.
- Sorting and stocking parts and pieces utilizing the Company's inventory record system.
- Maintaining accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
- Distributing material from the warehouse to other departments in the shop as needed or directed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to travel as required and/or directed.
