We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SaaS Marketing Manager that can take the lead on our demand and lead generation activities across retail, CPG, etc., working closely with Business Development and regional sales teams, engaging with customers. We're on a mission to bridge the gap between physical and digital by turning every tap, scan, and interaction into a dynamic adventure.

We’re a passionate team seeking a hands-on Sr. Marketing Manager who shares our enthusiasm and can lead the charge in promoting shares for leading our consumer engagement solutions. In this role, you will connect brands with consumers through innovative offerings that combine production data with rich experiences, including brand stories, promotions, authentication, cross-selling opportunities, recycling tips, and product transparency. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will join the Global Marketing and Communications team in Barcelona and be the strategic leader behind our go-to-market initiatives for both our consumer experience and industrial software solutions. You will be a hands-on leader, actively contributing, developing, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and, ultimately, revenue growth.

What you will do :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes collaborating with Product Marketing and the Commercial organization to define target markets, buyer personas, and go-to-market plans.
  • Demand Generation : Oversee and optimize all lead generation activities (content marketing, SEO / SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.) to fill the pipeline with high-quality leads. You'll be a master of multi-channel marketing, analyzing results and managing and prioritizing marketing activity to maximize CAC ROI.
  • Brand Management : Drive brand awareness by spearheading the companies’ identity, customer advisory board, and messaging across all marketing channels. Be a vocal advocate, representing the brand through content, speaking engagements, media interviews, etc.
  • Content Marketing : Lead the creation of high-quality, lead-generating content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, etc.) that educates, engages, and converts prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc., to ensure alignment and achieve overall business goals.
  • Organize and attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with customers, partners, influencers, etc., and promote the company.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Track key marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, etc.). Analyze data and use insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns.

What you need to have :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business development
  • At least 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven lead generation and conversion track record (examples will be required)
  • Proven experience in marketing to early adopters and successfully driving mainstream adoption of innovative products or solutions.
  • Experience developing and driving high-impact product launch campaigns with creative, cross-functional, and retail / channel teams globally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate important information.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently and to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven mindset and willingness to accept feedback.
