General Position Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating new leads and assisting the outside sales team managing existing accounts. The goal will be to generate incremental business ($5M) with existing and potential new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Calling on existing Distributors, OEM’s, Clean Energy Fibrelite, Government, and End User accounts.
- Developing new leads for Retail, Fibrelite, Government, & Clean Energy.
- Assist Regional Managers with sales reports and analysis of sales trends.
- Contact 20-25 customers per day via phone or email.
- Generating quotes.
- Assist District Managers with updated special pricing for key accounts.
- Negotiate contract prices and terms with potential customers.
- Coordinate customer’s orders from placement through fulfillment.
- Assist DMs with the promotion of new and existing products, attending trade shows as required, and customer site visits when necessary.
- Travel required: Up to 10%.
Experience:
- 4-year college degree is desired but not required.
- Minimum 2-5 years of job-related experience desired, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
