Dover Fueling Solutions Corporation is seeking a talented and energetic Human Resource Sr. Manager to be based out of our Austin office in Texas. Apart from other things this individual will be responsible for maintaining a Great Culture and driving a Great Place to Work. This individual, apart from being a key enabler for growth will also ensure that the Leadership team has all the support for leveraging Dover Best Practices.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Drive workforce strategy for the Engineering and the Product Management Functions.
- Create a great employee experience for knowledge-based workers around various Employee Touch Points.
- Lead discussions on organization design that enable driving an optimum workforce across USA.
- Coach Leaders around talent development and leadership topics.
- Drive strategies to enhance functional competencies, skill-based approach to career growth opportunities.
- Maintain Employee Relations and ensure all the employees feel they are heard and valued. Conduct Stay interviews and Exit interviews from time to time.
- Provide thought leadership around talent processes and talent review processes.
- Provide support for immigration and global mobility scenarios.
- Conduct Employee Investigations and conclude the outcome in consultation with our legal team.
- Support with centralized initiatives e.g. Annual Appraisals, Career Conversations, Rolling of centralized learning, employee engagement.
- Conduct AAP analysis and other audits in the system from time to time.
- Ensure coverage for My Dover related benefits questions.
- Support various polices ensuring a consultative approach is adopted with the stakeholders and a white glove treatment is provided to the Leadership team.
- Lead Employee Engagement Activities for the Austin and other remote Campus within the US.
Key Skills of the Role:
- Understanding of basic Labor Law practices for various states in US and Canada.
- Good understanding of Employee Engagement Practices.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating positive workplace which is adaptable to the needs of Work.
- Ability to work with globally diverse workforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high priorities.
- Familiar with Success Factors or a similar tool.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Undergraduate degree in HR or related degree.
- Certification in HR from PHR or SHRM- CP.
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources in a Technology driven work environment.
Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
