Hanyang is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Human Resource Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts for key positions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Implement and oversee performance review processes.
- Design and manage compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
- Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Manage HR-related legal matters and liaise with legal counsel as needed.
- Minimize organizational risk through proactive HR policies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee HR technology systems and data management.
- Ensure smooth HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and adjust compensation strategies accordingly.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee investigations into workplace issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop talent pipelines and workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and best practices.
- Advise senior management on HR-related policies and workforce planning.
- Oversee the development and execution of HR programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management and HR functions.(1-5 years)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
