What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Dover Hall Experiences?
Marketing & Content Coordinator Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized, creatively driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Dover Hall Experiences. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, thrives on crafting strategic content calendars, and sees social media as both an art and a science.
You’re a planner by nature, a storyteller by instinct, and someone who finds joy in producing captivating content across platforms—then diving into the data to optimize what comes next. Maybe you’re already doing this kind of work, but you’re ready for something more: a brand rooted in luxury events, extraordinary culinary moments, and exceptional wine.
You know the platforms (Canva, Mailchimp, Wix—and maybe even WordPress), and you’re looking for the opportunity to build a brand. This is your shot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and manage Marketing/Social Media content calendars.
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms across brands.
- Analyze social media and email marketing analytics to optimize performance.
- Create and Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, and optimize performance based on data.
- Update and maintain website content using Wix. (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
- Design marketing materials using Canva.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to collect and organize content.
- Create public event marketing and promotion.
- You are an execution-focussed doer. You implement strategy from Leadership, run daily operations and track metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills and attributes:
- Exceptional proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms), Wix and GSuite. If the Adobe suite is your second language, that’s fine, too. Canva will be a cinch.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices and previous experience using Social Media Management software like Hootsuite, Social Pilot, Sprout Social. We use Social Pilot.
- Proven experience tracking marketing expense versus leads analysis
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills and attention to detail
- You bring strategic thinking to creative work—grounding your ideas in data, best practices, and clear rationale, not just personal preference.
- A creative mindset with a passion for content creation and a relentless curiosity to increase your knowledge daily.

This calendar should include specific post ideas for each platform (Instagram, Facebook). Incorporate a mix of event promotion, brand storytelling, vendor spotlights, and analytics tracking.
- Lead Conversion & Tracking: We collect our leads via online forms on our websites which then feed into our CRM called TripleSeat. The form tracks all sources (see pic). The leads are then distributed to our Sales Team. In words or screenshots, please show us your work flow for how you would use this information to optimize ad spending and track lead conversion among our Sales Team.
