JOB TITLE: Customer Service for Fine Jewelry Boutique
We are currently seeking a customer-friendly Front Desk - Customer Service - Office Assistant to join our Brickell Miami office Fine Jewelry Showroom Boutique team! The candidate will be responsible for showroom assistance with Clientele and work with our E-Commerce Team in the sale of Fine Jewelry ONLINE and in the Showroom.
Fine Jewelry experience Helpful but not required.

Jewelry Experience a Plus!
We will cross-train the candidate to work on various job duties in the E-Commerce and Showroom Jewelry business.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in retail inventory, stock control and/or jewelry customer service
Full Background Check
Excel and Mac computers, Office and Google Suite preferred
* Working with On-line applications for inventory management and e-commerce platforms
*Accuracy and attention to detail with, descriptions and image entry
*Communication skills in English (written and verbal) a Must
*Excellent Customer Service Skills - Professional email communication with clients
*Skills in Excel/spreadsheet, Word, and Outlook - Helpful.
*Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
