Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as we serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and service requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our computerized system.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure all client services are delivered promptly and efficiently.

Skills

  • Proficient in office software applications and data entry systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to type accurately while communicating with customers.
  • Experience in client services or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
