Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Coordinator to support our sales and design team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in inside sales, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in remodeling or interior design is preferred. This role is pivotal in driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pricing and Ordering products and services according to project
- Manage Hubspot deals, create/move/categorize/make notes
- Create and send Change orders to support designers
- AR: Collect and process payments as needed according to project schedule
- Product and process training as required (1x per quarter)
Requirements:
- Must be extremely proficient with MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs.
- Experience with navigating internet and conducting online searches
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and complete tasks without continued direct supervision
- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
- Ability to interact with management, external client organizations and trade partners in a professional manner, putting value on relationships
