About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Director to establish and lead the customer engagement function at Dow Jones to support the enterprise subscription business. This person will lead management of enterprise client relationships, grow revenue and subscriptions volume, and ensure the post-sale experience meets the objectives of the client and Dow Jones. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in engagement marketing.

About The Role

You Will
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including managing client expectations, identifying opportunities, and providing marketing solutions that meet their needs and Dow Jones’ subscription objectives.
- Owner of in-life communications strategy and execution to drive engagement and usage for enterprise subscribers.
- Partner with sales to onboard, engage and grow accounts; participate in business reviews as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and brand, performance and B2B marketing teams, to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization, and to leverage resources and capabilities to deliver value to clients.
- Set and achieve engagement and usage benchmarks through effective and data-driven sales and marketing strategies, and by developing and executing customized client engagement plans.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure client satisfaction and engagement, and to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client industries, markets, and business challenges, and use this knowledge to create tailored solutions that address their needs and exceed their expectations.
- 12 years of experience in engagement marketing, relationship management or relevant field.
- Previous experience leading, growing and managing teams.
