Responsibilities
Sales Administrator, DOWA THT America, Inc, Bowling Green, OH. Prov admin support to sales function incl report, review & coordination of sales comms w/ Japanese parent co & customers. Compile & prov overview of monthly sales data for reporting to Japanese parent co. Monitor sales results, inventory levels & perf of OEM’s & report. Prov weekly sales report via mgmt meeting & monthly SPQ meeting. Source & compile info for customers incl initiating contacts & creating presentations. Obtain & compile market data on a weekly basis, identifying trends of auto makers & related industry. Prov customer comms for problem resolution & contractual issues. Prov customer support in response to inquiries such as surveys, info & product offerings. Attend customer visits & prov sales support activities across business. Source, compile & prov costing data for heat treatment industry for purposes of process improvement activities. Prov ongoing support to purchasing function. Partner w/ engineering in dev of cost analysis for new model customer pricing. Research options for alternate customer markets & offerings.
Qualifications
. Min req: Bachelor’s in Business, International Studies or any related field & 2 yrs prof exp; 1 yr exp w/ customer presentations, contract negotiations, customer service & w/ equipment drawings; & ability to speak, read & write in Japanese at business level. Intl travel is required once per yr & domestic travel is required biweekly or less.
