We are seeking a full time Sales/Office Administrator to join our team and assist in the coordination of sales and shipments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities:
- Fill out shipping paperwork
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Input sales orders
- Send confirmations of order to customers
- Help assist sales team as needed
- Help with onboarding paperwork as needed
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Answer the office phone as needed
Successful Candidate will have:
· High School diploma (mandatory)
· Bi-lingual: Speaks Spanish (mandatory)
- Good computer skills at user level (MS-Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of autonomy and learning skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, and fast-growing environment.
