Your Role

  • Master our proven training program and develop expert-level knowledge in solar energy solutions.
  • Follow up on leads provided by our marketing campaigns while proactively building your own pipeline through networking and outreach.
  • Educate homeowners and businesses on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
  • Create and present customized solar proposals , guiding clients through every step of the decision-making process.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals , ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends, incentives, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client success.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person sales meetings , refining your skills and staying motivated.
  • Achieve and exceed your sales targets while helping families and businesses save money and go green.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate & Develop Leads – Utilize cold calling, prospecting, and networking strategies to identify potential clients. Some leads will be provided.
  • Schedule & Conduct Consultations – Engage with homeowners to assess their energy needs and explain the benefits of solar energy.
  • Present Customized Solar Solutions – Prepare and deliver tailored proposals that align with customer preferences and financial goals.
  • Close Sales & Meet Targets – Work towards achieving and exceeding sales goals through strategic relationship-building.
  • Stay Informed – Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and incentives to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Maintain CRM & Follow-Ups – Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads and ensure excellent post-sales service.
  • Who You Are

  • Passionate about environmental sustainability and energy equity .
  • Tech-savvy (or willing to learn!) with the ability to use CRM software and digital sales tools.

  • 1099 Independent Contractor role with uncapped commissions.
  • Flexible schedule (minimum 15 hours per week).
  • Training bonus and performance-based annual bonuses for top achievers.
  • Remote work, ideally based in Southern California for in-person consultations, as needed.
