Southlake Christian Academy is an established JK-12 Christian school in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, North Carolina. We are currently accepting applications for a Registrar RenWeb Administrator for the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

RenWeb Administrator should have extensive experience within the RenWeb system interested in a part time position. Candidate must be able to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action, even in demanding times.

Essential Functions

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment.

  • Maintain transcripts and storing of academic data in the Student Information Database (FACTS SIS)
  • Manage all family/student data and status, inclusive of family profiles and access
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure that student and class record data is entered, processed, utilized, and stored properly both internally and externally; assist in managing all security rights and access
  • Enter faculty/staff data; update when appropriate, and monitor for accuracy
  • Maintain various student academic records such as: grades and comments, transcripts, schedules, etc.
  • Participate in scheduling process for all grade levels including Add/Drop periods in Upper School
  • Run routine reports, class rosters, lists as needed and upon request from faculty, staff or other constituents
  • Track down late and incomplete grades; ensure all faculty assign grades to the appropriate student
  • Archive grades, report cards, and transcripts electronically when appropriate in the Student Information Database (FACTS);
  • Perform final verification, send, and archive quarterly report cards for all K-8 students and semester report cards for JK and Upper School students and all other duties as assigned for this role

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Three to five years similar experience, preferably with direct academic experience
  • Five years responsible secretarial/clerical experience, preferably in an academic setting
  • Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet web search, database management and knowledge of FACTS and RenWeb a plus
  • Must have knowledge for data entry and report generation

Commensurate With Experience Based On Individual Qualifications.
