The successful candidate will have:
- A proven record of positively influencing customer satisfaction and sales volume while conducting business in an ethical and professional manner.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including current holdings and direct competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Able to maintain or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals, using effective lead generation and CRM strategies.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automotive sales.
