We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for demonstrating and selling vehicles to customers, attending sales meetings, and fostering strong relationships with repeat and referred customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Participate in sales meetings to stay informed about industry developments and sales strategies
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
- Utilize a CRM to manage customer interactions and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, including current market trends and competitors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automotive sales
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver's license and insurability
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to meet sales quotas according to dealership standards
