What You’ll Do:
- Provide an exceptional, professional buying experience that builds loyalty from the initial contact to closins, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs, present vehicle features and benefits, and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software and conduct follow-up with potential clients to nuture lead and enhance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to optimize inventory management and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum or two years of automotive and retail sales experience required
- A confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
- A team player who thrives in a customer-first culture.
- A valid Class C Driver’s License holder.
