Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to optimize inventory management and support sales initiatives.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong track record in retail sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
