Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize systems and software to track parts inventory and manage work orders
- Collaborate with repair technicians to identify and order necessary parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting internal teams with parts inquiries and orders
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of systems and software used for inventory management and tracking
- Experience in vehicle repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Knowledge of automotive & heavy duty parts is beneficial
- Ability to research, negotiate, and manage pricing for parts procurement
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and customer service.
