As a bartender at Recreo, you'll be the heart of our vibrant cantina and be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. You'll mix and serve a variety of classic and modern cocktails in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and Serve Cocktails: Expertly prepare a wide range of cocktails, including classic, signature, and seasonal drinks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, building rapport and providing personalized service.
- Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle Cash Transactions: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification: Certified Mixologist or Bartender certification.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Mexican cuisine and culture.
- Skills: Proficiency in Spanish.
