The Role:
As a FOH employee at Lost Resorts, you'll play a vital role in our operation. From serving unforgettable experiences for guests at our weddings and events to charming them with your hospitality at our rustic barn-turned-restaurant, every day will be an adventure!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years serving/bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to memorize menu items and upsell
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States

Season Schedule:
Training starts in late April, with doors opening in early May. The season runs from May to November with a potential to move into year-round positions at the end of the season.
Wage
Serving/bartending wages begin at $11.70/hour plus tips. Private event weekends will include a base pay in addition to hourly pay and tips.
